The principles of the organization of the interbudgetary relations in the Russian Federation

Article is devoted to the analysis of the principles of the organization of the interbudgetary relations in Russia. The short characteristic of the interbudgetary relations opening them essence is carried out. Further the principles of the organization of this group of the relations are considered, primary among which the federalism is defined.
