Principles of organization of the enterprise management system (EMS) / organization

This article discusses the issues of organizing the productive activity of an enterprise in terms of the formation and conduct of activities by its leaders, who, in comparison with ordinary employees, play the role of a "brain". The article deals with the issues of potential - properties, knowledge, duties and aspirations of the managers included in the EMS, which they must possess in the interests of the enterprise. The basic information for analysis, synthesis and decision-making by the Managers included in the EMS, received from the departments of the enterprise and from the external environment, is considered.
