Principles of organizing extra-curriculum independent work bachelor from transport university

Article discusses the basic principles of organizing extracurricular independent work of bachelors of the Transport University. The main criteria for the successful completion of an independent task are highlighted: a clear algorithm of actions, continuous monitoring and an individual approach to each student on the part of the teacher. The authors of the article concluded that properly organized independent work increases the level of students' knowledge, increases the percentage of residual knowledge, and most importantly, forms personal and professional competencies.
