Principles of legal regulation of economic relations as a condition the effectiveness of law

The author proceeds from the idea that the legal regulation of economic relations more efficiently if it is based on the principles that take into account the specifics of the economic relations prevailing in today’s Russia. Among such principles, the author refers to the principle of legality, the principle of the inadmissibility of establishing differences in the legal regulation of economic relations; the principle of reducing the transaction costs, the principle of most favored subjects of private economic initiative and some others.
