The principals of development of the system of aviation accidents forecasting and prevention at the organization and performance of flights

The problem of forecasting and prevention of aviation accidents is important for international aviation. Hence aviation companies need an adequate tool for flight safety decision support. For the solution of the problem the new methods and models of forecasting and risk estimation are developed on the base of stochastic simulation. In the article the new principals of development of system for forecasting and risk estimation are presented.
