In the introduction it is noted that the use of the principles of subordination of synergetics and exergy modeling is considered. Given the fundamental differences of open agro-ecosystems from CAAES, which as isolated from the environment, and, therefore, protected from penetration in the medium of growth (allocation of the root system) various infectious agents and pathogens, promotes healthy growth of plants and has a beneficial effect on agricultural productivity. Here is the concept of exergy and analytical expression for its calculation. In the section object and methods of research grounded exergy management model production processes in CAAES. In the section results of researches and their discussion it is noted that it is convenient to carry out accounting of influence of factors on production processes by means of optimality coefficients. These coefficients characterize the limiting influence of each of the factors on the use of SI exergy by plants. An algorithm for controlling production processes is proposed. In conclusion, the application of the principle of subordination of synergetics, where photosynthetic exergy is a variable of order and a point of calculation in determining the productivity of plants, allowed to create an exergy model that controls the production processes in CAAES. In the model, all the ecological and physiological factors involved in the digital management of production processes, and hence in the formation of plant productivity through certain algorithms expressed in them through an order variable, are taken as control parameters.
