Principles of arbitration procedure in the practice of arbitration courts

The article analyses the principles of arbitration procedure of disputes settlement. The analysis is conducted on the basis of Federal Law of the RF №102-FZ dated 24.07.2002 “On arbitration courts in the Russian Federation”, work practice of four permanently acting arbitration courts. The specifics of legal principle realisation of arbitration procedure are described, a comparison of principles of arbitration procedure with other procedure branches of law is given.
