Principles of management of the state office of real estate

The author considers the basic principles of organization of management of state property office at every level of government. Examines various aspects of property management: a three-tier model, the «landlord - tenant», lifecycle management portfolio of real estate management, agile fund the acquisition and construction of real estate, including the use of leasing. Special attention is paid to project management, procurement, planning and construction, distribution of powers between the center and branches, relations with customers and contractors.
