Principles of management of land resources

The author analyzes the basic principles of land management. It is pointed out that a universal list of such principles has not been proposed in the literature to date. The relation of the concept «principles of land resources management», «principles of land law», «principles of land legislation», «principles of land policy» is considered. A system of land management principles is proposed, consisting of three groups - organizational, functional, instrumental.
