Principles of interaction between local authorities and law enforcement structures in organization of public order

The article considers key areas of reformation of the national law enforcement system. The author systematizes and analyzes the key areas of cooperation between the law enforcement agencies and local authorities in the context of the reform. Considering the need for reinforcement of activities of the law enforcement agencies, the study of prospects for the implementation of municipal police has revealed the problematic aspects of modernization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
