Principles of lawmaking in Vietnam

In the article principles of lawmaking are considered. The author gives the characteristic to main principles on which legislative activities in Vietnam is based, divides them into the principles of the technical legal plan, which are conventional for all modern democratic states, and the principles, which are typical only of the socialist countries.
