Development adoption of management decisions on the basis of economic analysis

The article is devoted to the study of the procedure for conducting an economic analysis of the organization's activities for making managerial decisions. The comparison bases are determined, their advantages and the conditions for choosing a specific comparison base during economic analysis are noted. Particular attention is paid to studying the influence of the chosen base for comparing indicators on the reliability of the analysis results, as well as on the speed and quality of managerial decision-making. The results of the study can be used in the practice of the analytical work of the organization to increase the degree of reliability of the assessment of economic indicators and the effectiveness of the development of management decisions.
