Management decisions aimed at the development of small agro-industrial business

The article deals with the small form of agro-industrial business as an economic system forming a complex of small business objects and subjects, interrelated and interacting processes of production, distribution, exchange and consumption of goods and services in the agricultural sphere, which are in-demand in the external environment. The authors emphasize the importance of making the accurate management decisions in small agro-industrial business, since it, being flexible, allows improving the quality of goods produced, to adapt better to changing market conditions.
