Compulsory training on improvement of qualification as a measure of disciplinary responsibility

The article is devoted to research a compulsory training on improvement of qualifications of advocate as a disciplinary measure. The author analyses the duty of advocate to improve their knowledge and their skills, as well as the disciplinary practice of the advocate chambers of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
