Compulsion of suspected, accused person to exercise to the right to protection

In the article one of aspects of the right of suspect, accused to defense - ability to defend themselves personally or with the assistance of counsel. Investigates embodied in the code of criminal procedure the possibility of officers conducting criminal proceedings, not to accept refusal of the suspect, the accused from the defender, the interpretation of its current authority and identified by the Constitutional court of the Russian Federation of the constitutional legal meaning of this provision of the code.
