Priority investment projects in the field of forest development as a tool for stimulating forest industry clusters

The article analyzes the performance indicators of implementation of priority investment projects in the field of forest development by individual enterprises that are subjects of regional forest industry clusters. The legal basis of some regional mechanisms for implementing priority investment projects in the field of forest development (in particular, requirements and performance criteria) has been studied. The conclusion is made about the low degree of influence of the organization’s status as a subject of the forest cluster on the mechanism of implementation of PIP, on the basis of which a proposal is formulated to increase the role of managing organizations of forest clusters in the development of measures to improve the mechanism of priority investment projects.
