The article deals with the agrifood market formation and the creation of its institutes and infrastructure. One of the priorities of this process is the cooperation and agroindustrial integration development. This fact allows us to have a market structure with a minimal number of dealers and intermediaries. As a result, agricultural producers and processors receive the maximum economic benefits. The authors are thoroughly studying the cooperation and agroindustrial integration economic benefits, the cooperation system in agroindustrial complex, the creation principles and economic efficiency of cooperatives.
