The priority advancement directions of organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development in dairy cattle breeding (the case study of Omsk region)

The purpose of current research is to outline the priority directions of advancement of organisational and economic mechanism of dairy cattle breeding innovative development. In order to reach the goal, authors rationalised and enhanced the methodology of innovative potential assessment, proposed the criterion of its efficiency evaluation. The article provides the assessment of current innovative potential level and its efficiency. The subject of this research are the innovative potential of milk producers and directions of improvement of organisational and economic mechanism of innovative development in dairy cattle breeding through the example of Omsk region agricultural organisations.
