Priority national project “Affordable housing” as a basic instrument of implementation of regional development strategies in the sphere of housing policy

The article is based upon the data of sociological research involving the youth of Yugra (Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District). The author draws an analogy between empirical data of similar researches carried out in other regions of Russia, exposing the problems and changes in a youth community, observing new realities and trends occurring in the process of implementation of the national priority project “Affordable Housing".
