The priorities of financial support for social entrepreneurship: the Russian situation

In the process of considering social entrepreneurship as an innovative activity, the concepts of «entrepreneurship» and «innovation» play a Central role. The task of social entrepreneurship is to solve social problems by an innovative method, through the creation of a self-replicating mechanism for the provision of social benefits. Social Finance is a new financial institution not only for Russia, but for the world as a whole. Traditionally, investments were considered as a tool for obtaining financial profit, in recent decades, one of the criteria for the success of investments was the social contribution of the implemented project to the development of society. All over the world, social entrepreneurship organizations (social enterprises), regardless of the form of ownership, are hybrid organizations that combine the features of a non-profit and commercial enterprise. in fact, this is a source of synergetic effect of the interaction of available resources of the entrepreneur and the needs of buyers of social services.
