Priorities of sustainable development and green economy formation in the state regulation

This article discusses the problems associated with the formation of a model of sustainable development at the national level. The relationship and interdependence of the concept of sustainable development and the green economy is studied. The decisive role of the green economy in achieving sustainable development goals is shown. On the example of Palestine, the author considered the institutional features of the development and implementation of state policies to regulate sustainable development and stimulate a green economy. The directions of this policy and the problems of its implementation were highlighted. The author proposed a methodology for calculating the priorities of this policy. Its application allows for the rational distribution of limited budget resources.
