The priorities of cultural policy, the importance of which is determined by the projected civilizational changes brought about by new technologies, are listed and justified in the article. These priorities, in author‟s opinion, will promote not only physical survival of humanity in a situation of global uncertainty, but relatively smooth transition to the new paradigm realities.
