Priorities of foreign cultural policy of China in conditions of globalization

The foreign cultural policy of China is formed and implemented on the base of the establishment of priorities. Such approach means the definition of an order of performance of tasks in space and time, selectivity in the choice of methods, means, forms, resources, concentration of efforts.
