The review of modern classifications and ways of description the molecular structure of natural biopolymers – humin substances is carried out, and comparative characteristic IR-spectors, hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of humic acids of soils and humic acids of low-mineralized silt sulphidic dirt is given. Humic acids of a various genesis divide into humic and fulvic acids which abundance depends on humification conditions: temperature regime, degree of hydromorphism and aerobness, oxidation-reduction properties of the environment. As a part of peloids humic acids, created in anaerobic conditions of the maximal moisture content of the reduction environment, allocate three main fractions the humic, fulvic and gimatomelanic acids differing on function group structure. Features of humic peloids acids structure, being characterized by the under value molar masses and fragrance degree with simultaneous increase in share of unsaturated and quinoid structures are revealed.
