State appropriation and global revolution

The article analyses the transformation of the state as a social institution in a globalized society in terms of its power relations with the state and between internal structures. The focus of the study is on state power and politics as the subject and method for the appropriation of resources and the exploitation of society. It is noted that the main conditions for the “appropriation” of the state by the financial and political elite are: the replacement of the ancestral traditional law by legislation, the rejection of direct communal democracy in favor of representation and parliamentarism, which violated the principle of the “corrective majority” of the spiritually healthy majority of society, the bearers of morality. It is suggested that by expanding the communication space the social media globalization on the Internet contributes to the formation of a public sphere capable of creating a global law -a global constitution based on the common traditional values of humanity and justice, as well as the influence of direct electronic democracy and the global movement of activism on the change of the vector of development of society from political confrontation and competition to harmonious cooperation and cooperation and, as a result, on the “return” to society the control over states.
