The private governance as a sub-institution of social institution “Governance”

The authors pay attention to the necessity of determination of status of governance as a social institution. The authors' institutional model of society and structure of meta-institute “governance” are applied as theoretical and methodological foundation for consideration of sub-institute “private governance”. Basic meanings of private governance have been analyzed and its definition has been given. The structure and the description of sub-institute “private governance” are presented.
