Attracting financial resources to state-owned enterprises by issuing exchange-traded bonds

The article presents promising and strategic directions for the development of the economy of Uzbekistan, including tasks to further improve and increase the attractiveness of the investment climate in the country, assesses the level of development of the securities market, analyzes the possibilities of using exchange-traded bonds and makes recommendations on improving the conditions for attracting financial resources for the development of enterprises with state participation through the issuance of exchange-traded bonds.
