Involvement of residents in Russian industrial parks: problems, analysis, methods

The world trend of industrial development is its grouping within specially prepared territories, united by a common strategy and concept of development, access to energy resources and general management. One of these forms are industrial parks. The essence of industrial parks, the dynamics of their development are considered in the article. It is established that in order to attract residents, a differentiated set of proposals is needed, both on the part of state authorities and at the level of the industrial park itself. The article presents the results of studying the main criteria for assessing the quality of services in an industrial park. The developed set of criteria allows to form an idea of the process of choosing residents of industrial parks, as well as to identify the key factors for making a decision on the location of the business.
