Involvement of creative community in solving economic tasks by non-economic methods in the process of industrial modernization in the USSR

The article considers party-and-state policy regarding involvement of intelligentsia in handling the problems of industrial modernization in the USSR. The creative intelligentsia used all kinds of forms and methods of cooperation with people, indirectly aimed to speed the industrial modernization up.
