The article analyses the attributes of the objective aspect of the crime characterizing the face of a socially dangerous act, connected with the retail sale of alcohol products to an underage person, set by the article 151.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author regards the alcohol product as the instrument of crime adversely influencing the minor person, his health, moral and spiritual development.
