Characteristics of entrepreneurial activity and features of detection of illegal entrepreneurship

Introduction: the article is devoted to the consideration of the characteristics of entrepreneurial activity and the peculiarities of the identification of illegal entrepreneurship, including through the establishment of the presence or absence of these features. The study of problems of detection of illegal entrepreneurial activity and characterization of signs of legal entrepreneurial activity are caused by the needs of modern society and «sanctions» economic situation in which our country found itself. The need to ensure the development of a market economy within the legal framework is the necessary minimum that allows the State to speak of its stability.
