Recognition of new states by the international community: problems and practices

The article analyzes the political and legal parameters of the process of recognition of new states by the international community. Typical algorithms of actions and reactions of international organizations to the emergence and existence of such formations are disclosed. The author proves that today the institution of recognition is not codified and is not able to cover new precedents, and it leads to difficulties in international relations.
