The recognition of the headless insufficient: the moral aspect

The summary in English: In this article, the concept of an unworthy heir is considered from the moral and moral point of view. When writing the work, the judicial practice of the Russian Federation was studied, as well as the judicial practice of foreign countries. The formation of the institution of invalidity in Russia is analyzed. The aim of the study is to fully disclose the problematic issues of theory and practice of the institution of unworthy heirs, taking into account the current legislation, by proposing a way to resolve these problems.
