The article discusses such a way of housing rights protection as invalidation of a resolution of the general meeting of condominium copartners, board of condominium copartners. The current housing and civil legislation grant the condominium copartners with the right to file a lawsuit on appeal of the decisions made by the general meeting of condominium copartners.
