Recognition of property rights to real estate arbitration courts

The article examines the question of whether the arbitration courts have jurisdiction to hear cases of recognition of property rights to real estate. Analyzes the legal position of the higher judiciary, the judicial practice of state courts, are examples of the practice of Arbitration Court of Moscow. The prospects of legal practice in the context of the adoption of Federal Law «On arbitration (arbitration) in the Russian Federation» and «On state registration of real estate». The author concludes that in the jurisprudence has recognized the arbitrability of disputes on real estate.
