The article deals with the problem of direct investment of Chinese enterprises in the construction industry of Russia. The methods of dimensionless transformation of various types of the system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of direct investments of Chinese enterprises in the construction industry of Russia are proposed. The features of calculating the weights of individual indicators are shown.
