The article analyzes tax incentives to support technological innovation, their demand by payers of corporate income tax and small and medium-sized businesses. It is substantiated that some benefits have a low degree of demand. Recommendations are proposed for improving tax methods to support the commercialization of income of IT companies in regional markets.
