Gaps in the normative reinforcement of the organization of tests under the section “Fire training” for participants of the all-Russian competition of professional skills for the title “Best in profession”

The article considers the normative legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation regulating the organization and conduct of fire training classes, standards and shooting exercises, as well as the normative legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation approving the provisions on competitions of professional skills among employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation for the title “Best in profession.” Gaps in the normative reinforcement of the organization of tests under the section “Fire training” for participants of the All-Russian competition of professional skills for the title “Best in profession” are marked. An analysis of the inconsistency of the current normative legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation regulating the organization and conduct of tests under the section “Fire training” for the participants of the All-Russian competition of professional skills for the title “Best in profession,” recommendations are given to bring them into line.
