Anaphylactic shock issue in surgery

As a rule, anaphylactic shock of surgical patients happens as a result of parenteral medication injection, among which non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs are the most wide-spread, and it causes significant difficulties for diagnostics. The main reason for anaphylactic shock is prescription of medicine with high-allergenic properties to a patient with an aggravated allergic anamnesis; also a patient can produce cross allergic reactions. In fact there are common mistakes of therapeutic treatment of anaphylactic shock: adrenalin prescription disapproval or late adrenalin injection, unreasonable reduction (abortion) of steroid therapy period after stopping main hemodynamic disorders in case of a complicated pathologic process.
