The problem of anti-poverty: the experience of Brazil and Russia

The main problems of poverty and social inequality in Russia and Brazil are discussed in this article. The authors presented the dynamics of individual indicators reflecting the standard of living of the population, analyzed the main programs and measures to help people who are below the poverty line. Changes in Brazilian and Russian anti-poverty policies in recent years have also been shown.
