The problem of centralization and decentralization of innovation management in holding-type corporations

The article deals with the urgent organizational problem of finding a rational balance between centralization and decentralization of innovation management in industrial holdings. A study of the factors determining the adoption of innovative decisions at various levels of the corporate hierarchy has been carried out. On the basis of factor analysis, an iterative model for choosing an effective ratio of centralization and decentralization in the management of a corporate innovation system is proposed.
