The problem of man, of consciousness and the philosophy of the ideas of M. Mamardashvili

This article is devoted to the work of the famous philosopher Merab Mamardashvili, who created an invisible link between philosophy and life with his own creations. Mamardashvili was one of those who made his way through the thick of dogmas and loud phrases to the origins of living philosophical thought in the era of the thaw. Based on the theoretical and methodological opinion, Mamardashvili was close to existential-phenomenological thought, but the essence of his ideas goes beyond the boundaries of classical phenomenology and existentialism. He is an existentialist in the sense that as the basis of philosophy he formulates "I" - a certain being, which is isolated from the General social element. Mamardashvili's discovery is the universal formula of ontology of knowledge. Its essence lies in the almost mystical centralization of the subject on the individual attitude of this-worldliness. This process is displayed in one word - "understanding". In understanding Mamardashvili sees a way of development of a certain individual as a spiritual being and society as a whole, because the individual and society are two poles of one planet-society.
