The problem of deficiency budgets of municipal formations ways its solutions

This article discusses the shortcomings in the budget of municipalities, which lead to a deterioration in the life of the population. The reasons for this phenomenon are called, and the ways of its solution by the state at the normative level are also considered. Based on an analysis of mistakes made in the past, ways to overcome the deficit of municipal budgets are proposed.
