The problem of fragmentation of publicistic text

The article intends to analyze research papers devoted to the study of text delimitation; to specify the main linguistic markers of transition from the beginning to the medial part of the text and from the medial part to the end of the text. Most Russian scholars consider this question on the basis of belles-lettres style. The purpose of the article is to determine possible ways of fragmentation of publicist text, which can help to understand the linguistic and extralinguistic laws of text composition and how these laws underlie the author’s influence on his/her addressee.
