The problem of additional classification of crime execution

The article deals with the additional classification of committing of a crime. It has been found that according to the Part 2 of the Article 33 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, additional classification of crime execution is relevant when: one person has committed an offense entirely, but at least one more person participated in the perpetrating the offence; a person is considered a co-perpetrator or has participated directly in the committing an offence together with other people (co-perpetrators); a person has committed an offence by using other persons who are not subject to criminal responsibility because of the circumstances stipulated in the Criminal Code, with at least one such person or other co-perpetrator.
