Total number of patients after hip joint arthroplasty was 1089 in 2005-2008. Inflammatory processes was 3,9% (42 patients): deep subfascial infection - 14, non-deep epyfascial infection - 3, subfascial necrosis - 20, epyfascial necrosis - 6. 10 implants were removed after conservative treatment. We have good results almost all cases with active surgical treatment.
