In the article the actuality of theoretical and practical study of the problem of readiness of teachers to the development of ethnic tolerance in pre-school age in the conditions of polycultural education and upbringing of pre-school educational institutions. The article highlights and systematizes the factors of insufficient readiness of teachers of preschool education to the development of ethnic tolerance in older preschoolers.
