The problem of the imperative nature of legal norms in the context of the discussion of Herbert Hart and Ronald Dvorkin

Бесплатный доступ

The scientific discussion between H. Hart and R. Dvorkin is a direct dialogue between the two most influential currents of Western legal science via their leading representatives. The discussion about the imperative nature of legal norms has resulted in the actualization of the problem of universal law and morality. We also find an original approach to solving this problem in national philosophical and legal thought.
