Problem of the removal of lands of agricultural purpose outside immediate use

The article defines the grounds for seizure of immovable property, provided for by civil and land legislation, as well as the application of these grounds on agricultural land due to the specification of this category of land. Special attention is paid to the non-use of agricultural land. We consider the statistics of the state and use of land in this category in Russia over the past few years.
