The author affirms that the global culture explication is determined ingenuously by the logical status of three ideas of global, culture, and popular. The article grounds the logical status of these notions as a concept. It is deduced that the civilizational space is a temporal and spatial scale adjusting the globalization scope in the sphere of culture.
